This set of 5 post brew concentrates are designed to fine tune your final brew by changing the mineral concentration in your coffee. They are, Balance - Smooths the cup, improves harmony and gently enhances perceived sweetness. For Everyday brews Lift - Enhances brightness, acidity, floral notes and clarity. For Light roasted, washed coffees Velvet - Adds body, richness and a silky mouthfeel. For Thin or tea-like coffees Calm - Softens harsh bitterness and roastiness for a smoother finish. For Over-extracted or darker coffees Soften - Balances harsh acidity. For overly acidic coffees Pre Brew - Add 3 drops of pre-brew and 2 drops of soften to near 0 TDS water, that will get you the best water to brew.
